Since 2017, Builders & Partners Morocco has been providing project management, assistance with project management, site supervision and coordination, clash detection, BIM, and project manager consultancy services and methods on over 20 projects in Morocco and elsewhere in Africa.
The team’s dynamic, which is built around project optimisation and management skills, led to the opening of a clash detection and BIM division in Casablanca in 2021. By bringing together the energy of each individual, coming up with tailor-made project-specific solutions, drawing on extensive expertise in the management and rationalisation of projects, and with the support of the mother company, the branch office can now provide clients with the full panoply of services offered by the group.

Crédit du Maroc Headquarters
Construction of Crédit du Maroc’s new headquarters, on Boulevard d’Anfa in Casablanca on the former Arenas site. Rock was excavated to construct 2 underground parking levels, followed by a building, classified as a workplace and open to the public, with 13,000 sq. metres of offices over 8 stories with banks on the ground floor. HQE (high environmental quality) and WELL certifications
targeted.
RESIDENTIAL
The Gardens of Anfa
Coordination of design studies for an apartment complex with 221 units and 4,000 sq. metres of offices, together with an underground parking garage. Subsequent conversion of 2 apartment buildings into offices.

LEISURE
Pathé Californie Cinema
Construction of a new 8,500 sq. meter multiplex cinema complex with 8 screens, a lobby, a lounge bar and terrace.
CORPORATE REAL ESTATE
CFG Bank Headquarters
Project management assistance, coordination of design studies and of works in the design and construction phases of the headquarters of CFG Bank, on behalf of TGCC under a “VEFA” scheme (sale pending future construction): construction of a new 50-metre high, 15-storey high-rise building and a 9-storey building, totalling 15,000 sq. metres of SHON (GFA) of offices with 4 underground levels.

LOGISTICS AND INDUSTRIAL
Valéo Factory, Tangier
Design and engineering services for all building service and architectural aspects of the project consisting of the construction of two Valéo car part factories, one with a floor area of 15,000 sq. metres. and the other a floor area of 28,000 sq. metres.
RESIDENTIAL AND HOSPITALITY
The Arenas, Casablanca
Construction of a new building complex comprising a 160-room 5-star Hilton Hotel, a 278-apartment residential building, a conference centre, a spa, restaurants and retail units.
TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY
Onomo Hotel, Douala
The Dakar-based company Onomo runs a chain of 3-star hotels in major cities across the African continent. Our role involved establishing Design Guidelines which incorporated the comprehensive technical and architectural requirements for this 3-star hotel chain and a full range of design and engineering services (building services and architectural trades consultancy services, site management, BIM and clash detection). The first projects to be built are in Douala, Dakar, Abidjan, Libreville, Lomé and Conakry. The hotel in Douala has 140 rooms.
