Description
Located in the town of Limeil-Brévannes, the Emile-Roux geriatric hospital has undertaken a vast process of reorganization of its entire site. The project has two main components: on the one hand, the construction of a new building capable of accommodating 240 long-term care beds, and on the other hand, the reorganization of patient flows and logistics induced by this operation.
The functioning of the building is as follows:
- On the lower first floor: the technical and logistic premises as well as a reserve of space at the disposal of the hospital and hospital and staff changing rooms
- On the upper first floor: the common spaces of conviviality, the tertiary offices and a hospitalization unit of 32 beds of USLD
- On the second floor: a 60-bed USLD hospitalization unit
- On the second floor: a 60-bed USLD hospitalization unit
- On the third floor: a hospitalization platform with 60 long-term care beds
- On the fourth floor: two UHR units of 14 beds each and their terraces
