Description
New construction of a district developing 35,600 m² of SDP, distributed over 10 buildings, and regrouping: 405 dwellings, 3,500 m² of shops, a coworking space and a police station.
The buildings are built around a landscaped mail and are based on a parking on 3 levels with 850 spaces including 150 public spaces.
The project includes the creation of a geothermal loop on which all buildings on the site will be connected.
